12th October 2019 was celebrated as world palliative day. On this day Bangladesh palliative and supportive care foundation arranged a Doctors training session where ‘Introduction to palliative care’, ‘Ethical issues in palliative care’ and ‘Communication in palliative care’ was conducted among Doctors by Dr. Rumana Dowla and Dr. Arunangshu Das. After the training there was an interactive question answer session. Doctors were able to understand the need of palliative care and basic communication skill.
