Mr. Zahid Maleque, MP , Hon&#8217;ble Minister of Ministry of Health &amp; Family Welfare Government of the People&#8217;s Republic of Bangladesh was the Chief guest of this program. Dr. Rumana Dowla founder and chairperson of BPSCF delivered a speech about implementation of Palliative with the help trained local palliative physician in
